Refund Conditions

Problem with the Product – refund or free change is allowed

in the case of problems with product like:

  • MRZ code invalid.
  • Passport Number invalid.
  • Personal Code invalid.
  • Barcode invalid.
  • Problems or defects with product. (Cut, bad aligement, breaks... )
  • If you find any other problems with product, and justify it.
  • ...or Any other data what fills not by you if they have typo or invalid value.

Not Refund cases:
  • You mixed first name and last name on the Product.
  • You mixed any other data while uploading on the site.
  • Problem with photo. When you upload photo you confirm that you read Photo Requiements List.
  • Document wasn't accepted by service (Like Linkedln - They accept Randomly, it doesn't depend on us).
  • General statements (such as “not what I thought”, or “I can't use this”)
  • ...and any other cases if it has valid data, and correct view.

IMPORTANT:

The main thing you should know about your purchase is that by starting using Product before the 7 days expiration from the purchase date you acknowledge that you will lose your right to change your mind and request a refund. For example, you have purchased the Product, paid for it and received the link for the downloading, you have only 7 days to find a problem with it and require refund or change.

Refund Process:

For cancellation reimbursements, we will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 5 days.

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method and original wallet used for a payment before, and you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
